BNB Network Company Boosts BNB Holdings

CEA Industries’ BNC division acquired 30,000 BNB, worth $26 million, propelling its holdings to 418,888 tokens, positioning BNC as the largest corporate holder of BNB as of September 10, 2025.

This acquisition underscores growing institutional interest in digital assets, positioning BNB as a key asset amid a projected $100-200 billion capital shift into digital treasuries.

BNB Network Company (BNC), a division of CEA Industries, has acquired 30,000 BNB tokens, elevating its BNB treasury to a total of 418,888 tokens valued at $368M. This acquisition aligns with its goal of owning 1% of BNB supply.

Under the leadership of David Namdar, CEO of CEA Industries, the company is making significant strides in digital asset investments. “We’re at the beginning of a $100–200 billion shift of capital into digital asset treasuries. BNB is positioned to be a winner in this wave, and BNC’s role is to lead institutional investors into that ecosystem with transparency, discipline, and scale,” said David Namdar. Dr. Russell Read has joined the board, enhancing BNC’s institutional credibility and long-term strategic outlook.

The acquisition has positioned BNC as a primary institutional holder of BNB, potentially influencing market dynamics. The move underscores increased institutional adoption of cryptocurrency. BNB’s deflationary tokenomics and DeFi ecosystem are seen as robust investment channels.

In financial terms, BNC’s escalation to the largest corporate BNB treasury reflects a strategic shift towards digital asset reserves. This shift is expected to intensify interest in the BNB Chain ecosystem, especially with a total value locked (TVL) of over $12B.

BNC’s strategic acquisitions might inspire similar actions by other institutions. Its expansive BNB holdings could act as a liquidity anchor, enhancing investment trust. No official reaction from other prominent industry figures or regulatory bodies has been documented.

Historical trends indicate that significant corporate purchases can spark market enthusiasm and price stability. In comparison, past BTC treasury moves by firms like MicroStrategy have shown similar market uplift, suggesting potential long-term gains for BNB’s ecosystem.
