Telegram Partners with xAI to Integrate Grok Chatbot

Telegram and xAI announced a one-year partnership to integrate Elon Musk’s Grok AI chatbot into all Telegram applications. Pavel Durov, Telegram’s CEO, posted the news, highlighting the extensive reach and potential enhancements this collaboration imparts on their services.

The agreement, disclosed by Durov, entails xAI providing $300 million in cash and equity to Telegram. Additionally, Telegram will receive half of the revenue generated from xAI subscriptions through their app, thereby improving its financial stance and product offerings.

The move, influencing the cryptocurrency market, led to a 16% increase in the TON token value. Such financial gains underline the significant impact of integrating AI with a massive user base on Telegram, potentially accelerating xAI’s Grok adoption.
